- Participants are requested to review the schedule of workshops and focused learning
sessions carefully before registration.
- Rescheduling of workshops or focused learning sessions will not be possible later.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in the form of a written request and sent to the Conference Secretariat by E-mail.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the conference and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Before 31st May 2026: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Before 31st July 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
- 1st August – 31st August 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- From 1st September 2026 onwards: No refund will be possible.
- All refunds will be made after deduction of applicable taxes, administrative and transaction charges.
- Substitution of delegates may be allowed upon a written request before 15th September 2026, subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
- In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances beyond control, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise the dates, program, or refund policy as deemed necessary.
